These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PostPrep ("we", "us", "our") and our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using PostPrep, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the service

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use PostPrep.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to generating content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing on others' rights.

2. Plans, quotas, and billing

  • We offer a free plan with limited daily usage and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro) with higher monthly quotas.
  • Plan limits (such as generations per day/month and number of platforms) may be soft caps and are subject to fair-use policies.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via the account or billing interface. Unless otherwise required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

3. AI-generated content

  • PostPrep uses third-party large language models (LLMs) to generate content based on your prompts and settings.
  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using generated content.
  • You retain responsibility for ensuring your posts comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and disclosure requirements.

4. Content and ownership

  • You retain any rights you have in the prompts and content you provide to the Service, as well as in the resulting generated outputs, subject to the terms of any underlying AI provider.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and outputs do not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with normal operation, circumvent quotas or rate limits, or use automated scripts to abuse the API or UI.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, compliant, or suitable for your use case.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, abusing the Service, or creating risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, via the site or email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
